Profile on Dani Reidy
Dani spent her youth (25 years to be exact) studying and performing ballet on a professional level. During this time Dani created classes for a prominent Melbourne Gymnasium in meditative movement and stretching. Not realising it at the time Dani had commenced her journey into Yoga.
She has been teaching Yoga for over 9 years and maintains her own personal yoga practice through workshops, seminars, retreats and personal daily practice!
Dani's training includes:
- Level 2 Yoga Intensive - My Health Yoga
- HH Dip Y.T.
- Certificate Samadhi Yoga Pre and Post Natal training
- Level 1 Radiant Child Yoga Program
- Reiki 1 & 2
- Basic Certification Program Yoga for the Special Child
- Senior First Aid Certificate
Dani is also a full member of My Health Association.
and regularly upgrades her skills participating in workshops and retreats.

Natalie has been a practitioner of yoga since 2001 and began her level 1 teacher training in 2009. Natalie's yoga experience began with Satyananda yoga. She joined Yoga Living in 2005 and was introduced to Ashtanga yoga.
Her teaching style leaves participants feeling relaxed and refreshed whilst encouraging participants to work at their level of experience.
Natalie spent her childhood in ballet classes that allowed her to learn how the body can move. She has also spent time teaching junior dance classes.
